Joint marketing | A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. • Advus does not have any joint marketing agreements with any nonaffiliated financial companies. |

This notice will be provided to all clients upon their initial engagement with Advus and on an annual basis thereafter. If at any time, Advus shares information then an “opt out clause” will be provided along with this notice to provide an option to limit sharing if possible.For California residents, we will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties. |
