Hayden Clem is a Wealth Advisor at Advus Financial Partners. Born and raised in Winter Park, Hayden brings a disciplined, relationship-focused approach to financial planning shaped by both his academic and athletic experiences.
Hayden graduated from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he earned his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Wealth Management. While at UF, he was a five-year member of the Florida Gators football program, balancing the demands of SEC athletics with a strong academic record that earned him recognition on the SEC Academic Honor Roll and Dean’s List. His time as a student-athlete helped develop the work ethic, communication skills, and team-first mindset that continue to guide him in serving clients today.
Prior to joining Advus full-time, Hayden interned with the firm, where he gained hands-on experience in financial planning, client onboarding, and relationship management. He has also gained experience working with Morgan Stanley, where he worked alongside advisors and leadership teams on financial planning strategies and client solutions.
Hayden has passed the CFP® exam and holds his Series 66 license as he continues progressing toward earning the CFP® certification. He is passionate about helping individuals and families build confidence around their financial future through thoughtful planning and long-term relationships.
Outside of the office, Hayden enjoys working out, golfing, hunting, and spending time with friends.
